BETTER LATE THAN NEVER ON MOTHER’S DAY

 

Human beings cannot be born without Mothers

And children cannot grow without Mother’s love

Like plants cannot become trees without Mother Earth’s nurturing

It is the nurturing we all need

To become loving adults

Lucky are the ones who have nurturing Mothers

And those who do not have nurturing mothers

Need to learn to nurture themselves

To become loving adults

It is the Mothering that helps us grow

It is the Mothering that we all need to love

It is the nurturing that we need to remember on the Mother’s Day

I remember my Mother today

Who has passed away a long time ago

She is not around

But I have to nurture myself

To become a loving person

And be able to nurture others

Others that I love dearly

The way Mother Earth nurtures us all

I am learning to appreciate my Mother and Mother Earth late in life

But it is better to be late than never

And Mother’s Day is the best day to start nurturing the ones we love.
